By creating an account, enrolling, or using LicenseIQ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
LicenseIQ provides online insurance pre-licensing education, including state-specific coursework, practice materials, and exam-preparation tools. In certain states, coursework may be delivered through an approved partner; where that applies, you will be directed to that partner to complete enrollment.
Course pricing may vary (for example, independent enrollment versus agency-affiliated enrollment). Installment financing may be offered through Klarna. By enrolling you authorize the applicable charges. Third-party payment terms (Stripe, Klarna) also apply to those transactions.
A student may cancel and receive a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if no course content has been accessed beyond enrollment and orientation. Once any module is opened, or after 7 days, the enrollment is non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Third-party fees are non-refundable.
Notwithstanding anything else in this section, if LicenseIQ cancels or discontinues a course, each enrolled student will receive a full refund of the course fee within thirty (30) days of the cancellation, regardless of course progress or time since purchase.
Completing a LicenseIQ course does not guarantee that you will pass a state licensing exam or obtain a license. Licensing is governed by each state's insurance department and requirements are subject to change.
By opting in, you agree to receive account, course-progress, and promotional text messages from LicenseIQ (Hire IQ Ventures LLC) at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. All course content, materials, and software are owned by Hire IQ Ventures LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the platform, share your account, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service in violation of any law or state insurance-education rule.
The service integrates third-party providers (for example, payment processors, financing, messaging carriers, and, in some states, an approved course partner). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." LicenseIQ provides education only and does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire IQ Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hire IQ Ventures LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
